Reviews and Ratings
The hotel’s location was ideal for exploring Brighton, close to shopping and with great restaurant options. The rooms, unfortunately, fell short of expectations with basic amenities and noise issues from the street. The service stood out positively, with helpful staff and a responsive attitude. Dining options were limited, and the lack of a cooked breakfast was a letdown. Despite the development in the area causing some inconvenience, the friendly and helpful staff, along with the great views, added value to the stay.
The hotel offers basic rooms with an average bathroom. The lack of renovation is noticeable, giving a somewhat dated appearance. The cleanliness was not up to standard, especially in the bathrooms, and the amenities were minimal. On the positive side, the electric heater in the rooms was effective, and the mattresses provided good comfort.
The hotel had a mix of pros and cons, from an initially cold room to quirky elements that grew on us. The service was top-notch, meeting all needs, even recovering a forgotten charger. The location was perfect for dining out and experiencing the city, but some dining aspects were unclear. Overall, a unique experience worth the value.
